What is SOD-TD3200?

This data set is also called Summary-of-the-Day. SOD-TD3200 consists of once-daily
observations from the National Weather Service Cooperative Network (NWS COOP), and
is quality controlled by the National Climate Data Center (NCDC). There is
usually a few month delay between the end of the month and the final version
that appears in this data set.
