Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, Sandy, Estacada, 
Silver Falls State Park, Sweet Home, Longview, Kelso, 
Castle Rock, Vancouver, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, Washougal, 
Yacolt, Amboy, Toutle, Ariel, Lake Merwin, Yale Lake, and Cougar

At 852 AM PDT, a line of showers and isolated thunderstorms was
located across western portions of the Willamette Valley and
Willapa Hills, moving northeast at about 20 mph. This line of 
showers has a history of producing brief heavy downpours and 
isolated lightning strikes, and will continue east-northeastward 
across the Willamette Valley and Interstate 5 corridor of
southwest Washington through roughly 1030 AM. The best chance for
brief heavy rain and lightning will be north of roughly Albany 
and Corvallis.
