LIGHTER WINDS THIS MORNING HAVE ALLOWED TEMPERATURES TO DROP TO 
NEAR FREEZING IN THE SOUTHERN SACRAMENTO AND NORTHERN SAN JOAQUIN
VALLEYS. THERE IS ENOUGH MOISTURE IN THIS AREA TO ALLOW PATCHY 
FROST TO FORM MAINLY IN THE OUTLYING AREAS. FROST SENSITIVE PLANTS
COULD BE DAMAGED BY EXPOSURE TO FROST ALTHOUGH ANY PERIODS OF 
FROST WILL BE SHORT LIVED THIS MORNING. TEMPERATURES WILL WARM 
AFTER 8 AM.
