NORTHERN UTAH THIS MORNING. AT 5 AM...THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE
LOCATED IN PARTS OF CACHE...WEBER AND DAVIS COUNTIES MOVING EAST
INTO PORTIONS OF RICH...MORGAN AND SUMMIT COUNTIES THROUGH 7 AM.
BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS CAN
BE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS.
