THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL GENERALLY BE THREE MILES OR LESS...BUT
LOCALLY LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE.  THE FOG IS FORECAST TO
SLOWLY DISSIPATE WITH MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES BETWEEN 9 AM AND 10 AM.

MOTORISTS DRIVING IN THESE AREAS SHOULD SLOW DOWN AND DRIVE WITH
CAUTION.
