.NOW...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE DEVELOPED OVER THE
SANTA LUCIA MOUNTAINS AND THE MOUNTAINS OF SAN BENITO AND INTERIOR
MONTEREY COUNTIES. THESE ARE GENERATING LOCALIZED HEAVY
RAIN...LIGHTNING...AND HAIL. STORM CELLS ARE GENERALLY DRIFTING
TO THE SOUTHEAST...AND SOME MAY MOVE OVER LOWER ELEVATIONS OF THE
SOUTHERN SALINAS VALLEY...INCLUDING INTO THE PROXIMITY OF THE
HIGHWAY 101 CORRIDOR.

IF OUT IN THESE STORMS...SEEK SHELTER IN A BUILDING OR CAR. DO
NOT DRIVE INTO FLOODED ROADWAYS.
