CAUSE PATCHY BLOWING DUST ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN OREGON
BLUE MOUNTAIN FOOTHILLS. BLOWING DUST FROM OPEN FIELDS WILL
LOCALLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN A MILE AT TIMES EARLY
THIS EVENING. MOTORISTS TRAVELLING ON INTERSTATE 84 WEST OF
PENDLETON...AND HIGHWAYS 11 AND 37 NORTH OF PENDLETON SHOULD BE
PREPARED FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITY.
