SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE INCREASING IN COVERAGE OVER
NORTHEASTERN OREGON THIS AFTERNOON. AT 1 PM SCATTERED
THUNDERSTORMS WERE STARTING TO DEVELOP OVER THE JOHN DAY HIGHLANDS
INTO THE BLUE MOUNTAINS. THESE STORMS WILL BE MOVING NORTH AT 30 MPH.
