SCATTERED RAIN SHOWERS AND HIGHER ELEVATION SNOW SHOWERS WILL 
CONTINUE MOVING EAST THROUGH WEST-CENTRAL COLORADO EARLY THIS 
MORNING. AT 12:30 AM...THE HEAVIEST SHOWERS EXTENDED FROM RIFLE 
SOUTH ACROSS GRAND MESA. SOME AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE INTERSTATE 70 
BETWEEN RIFLE AND EAGLE...AND HIGHWAY 133 SOUTH OF CARBONDALE...AND 
HIGHWAY 82. WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE NEAR THE SHOWERS.
